Together we’ll linger with the lessons, pleasures, challenges, and growth that shaped your year, release what no longer feels aligned, and open to the intentions your body and heart are ready to hold. You’ll be guided through embodied reflection, tender journalling, and a soothing visioning practice to help you close the year feeling grounded, spacious, and connected to yourself.
