The Polawand™ is a dildo made of ultra-soft, medical-grade silicone with a dome-shaped glass camera on the end that lights up when you turn it on and links to an app on your phone. This technology means you can take as long as you need to slowly and gently get to know what your vagina & cervix looks like from the comfort of your home!

Just like we ought to know what the inside of our mouth, ears or nose looks & feels like, it’s essential that we intimately get to know our cervix, especially when we are at risk of cervical cancer, which HPV often causes. The Polawand™ is an opportunity to create a relationship with your cervix and may even provide early detection of abnormal cells.

The Polawand™ also helps people who hold trauma in this area of the body by giving them a non-intimidating tool to observe the cervix in a positive, gentle manner internally and in a self-paced capacity. Many folks often feel uncomfortable with internal examinations, especially in such a clinical environment and with doctors not asking for consent or going slow with a Pap smear. 

This camera does not replace the need for medical examinations but allows you to explore your OWN vagina in between doctor appointments.

You may want to see:

  • What your cervix currently looks like (the length, texture, discharge)
  • What the internal walls of your vagina look like
  • What your anatomy looks like (we are all so different!)

This camera is safe to use internally as long as you can have penetrative sex (where you have not been told by a medical professional otherwise).

You can use a lubricant (we recommend the Water Based Yinn Lubricant) to glide the camera inside and wash it with warm soapy water after each use.

It is rechargeable & compatible with an app, so you can see exactly what the camera looks at, at the time of your examination.

NOTE: Using the Polawand™ does not substitute getting regular cervical scans at your doctor.

Please note that Rosie Rees is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be applied to your order. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid directly to the courier (e.g. DHL) before your parcel can be delivered.

Because the majority of our products are manufactured in China, some countries (including the USA) may apply tariffs or additional import duties. The amount charged varies from country to country, and we are unable to provide an exact quote in advance.

⚠️ Important:

  • Import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer to release the parcel.
  • If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to us as Return to Sender.
  • In this case, a store credit will only be issued once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
  • The store credit will be minus the return shipping fee charged by the courier and, in some cases, the import fee back into Australia.
