THIS IS NOT JUST A TRAINING.
It’s an initiation into conscious women’s work.
For over 10 years, Naked Awakening has been a sold‑out, transformational workshop experience for women.
Now, for the first time, you’re invited behind the veil.
This training is for women who feel the call to hold powerful space, to facilitate 3.5 hours of pure liberation, and to guide women back into their bodies with integrity, safety, and depth.
This is not about teaching yoga poses naked. It’s about rewiring shame, dissolving body armour, and restoring reverence to the female body.
If you’ve ever felt:
✔ A pull to do work that deeply matters
✔ A responsibility to lead women safely in vulnerable spaces
✔ A desire to facilitate something timeless, proven, and deeply impactful
This is your initiation.
WHAT YOU'RE STEPPING INTO
Naked Awakening™ is a method, a craft, and a lineage.
Much like a conscious franchise, you are being trained to facilitate a workshop that:
- Has sold out consistently for a decade
- Has transformed thousands of women’s relationships with their bodies
- Is both emotionally profound and professionally structured
You’re not just learning what to do. You’re learning how to be the woman who can hold this work.
The Naked Awakening™ workshop model works so well because it is a proven, structured framework that balances freedom with guidance.
Facilitators use the same core framework every time, but each workshop can be adapted with a different theme (of your choosing), allowing the work to feel fresh and relevant for you and every group.
This structure ensures that every participant experiences deep embodiment, emotional release, and transformative shifts, while the facilitator can focus on presence, guidance, and authentic connection rather than reinventing the workshop each time. The repeatable framework provides consistency, safety, and reliability, which is why it has sold out consistently for over a decade.
Who This Training Is For
This training is for women over 18 who:
✔️ Feel called to conscious women’s work
✔️ Are ready to be seen as leaders, facilitators, and space holders
✔️ Want a proven workshop model rather than reinventing the wheel
✔️ Have a yoga training and want to take their yoga experience deeper
✔️ Care deeply about ethics, safety, trauma‑aware facilitation, and integrity
✔️ Desire to build a conscious business without selling their soul
To effectively run these workshops, ideally you do need to be a yoga teacher (or have intention to become one). While prior facilitation experience is ideal, it is not required. What is essential is willingness, self‑responsibility, and a deep reverence for the work.
Naked Awakening™ Facilitator Training is by application only.
We keep this container intimate and intentional so that every woman inside feels held, safe and ready for the depth of this work.
After you submit your application, our team will personally review it and you’ll be contacted to let you know whether you’ve been accepted, waitlisted, or invited to apply for a future round.
We may not be able to accept your application right now if:
❌ You’re unable to attend the bi-weekly live calls due to time zone or schedule clashes (these calls are a core part of the training and community).
❌ You’re currently in a period of acute crisis and would be better supported by 1:1 therapeutic or medical care rather than a group facilitation training.
❌ Your primary interest is in the nudity / shock factor, rather than trauma-aware, heart-centred, body-positive facilitation.
❌ Your values aren’t aligned with our commitment to consent, diversity and non-shaming spaces.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about making sure this training is the right fit at the right time for you, for the group, and for the women you’ll one day be holding in your own spaces.
Naked Awakening™ is not cosmetic confidence work. It meets women at the root — where shame, conditioning, and disconnection have lived in the body for decades.
As a facilitator, this is the terrain you are trained to hold.
Women often experience shifts around:
- Fear of being seen — by others and by themselves
- Body dysphoria and dissociation from the body
- Deep body loathing, self‑hatred, and chronic self‑criticism
- Lifelong conditioning to look, move, age, and exist a certain way for approval
- Eating disorders and disordered relationships with food
- Relationship to their bodies postpartum and the evolution of bodies and motherhood
Emotional shifts you may witness:
- Softening of shame and self‑judgement
- A felt sense of safety inside the body
- Emotional release without collapse or overwhelm
- Increased self‑trust, self‑compassion, and grounded confidence
- Reclaiming joy, playfulness, and aliveness
- A more compassionate inner dialogue
Physical and lived‑experience shifts women often report (without changing anything physically about their body!):
- Wearing a bikini or going to the beach for the first time without hiding
- Being naked in the bedroom with a partner — sometimes for the first time ever
- Letting themselves be seen under lights, in mirrors, and during movement
- Moving with freedom rather than self‑monitoring
- Feeling at home in their body instead of at war with it
This work doesn’t fix women. It reminds them they were never broken.
To uphold the integrity, safety, and professionalism of this work, there are clear prerequisites for this training.
You must:
- Be female and over the age of 18
- Be a qualified yoga teacher (a 200hr is welcome, however even a 50hr Yin Yoga or equivalent embodiment-based training is sufficient).
- If you are not currently a yoga teacher, you must have the intention to gain your YTT within 6-12 months of completing the NA training and have this qualification before you start teaching NA
Ideal but not a prerequisite:
- It’s ideal that you have historically attended a Naked Awakening workshop (with Rosie, Rikki or Sascha).
- Hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance that covers you to facilitate workshops and movement-based practices. You can get this online once you complete the training and intend to start teaching.
This training is not a yoga teacher training.
You are not here to learn how to teach poses (although we will teach you beautiful sequences to teach in your class). You are here to learn how to facilitate embodied experiences safely, consciously, and ethically — within a proven Naked Awakening™ framework.
Your prior training ensures:
- You understand basic anatomy, cueing, and group facilitation
- You are familiar with holding bodies in motion and stillness
- You can take professional responsibility for the spaces you hold
- You have knowledge of supporting energies in group dynamics
This protects you, the women you serve, and the lineage of the work itself.
This is a hybrid self‑study + live initiation experience.

Assessment in this training is designed to ensure clarity, confidence, and integrity — not perfection.
You will be assessed on your understanding of the Naked Awakening™ method, your ability to structure a safe container, and your readiness to hold women in embodied space.
Assessment includes:
- Condensed online teaching assessment
- A short recorded or live online teaching component (done for the group or privately TBC)
- Demonstrates your understanding of facilitation, language, and energetic leadership
- Workshop formulation & theme structure
- You will design a Naked Awakening™ workshop theme
- This includes intention, flow, key moments, and how the experience unfolds from opening to closing

Assessments are practical, embodied, and supportive. They exist to protect the women you will serve, the integrity of the work, and your confidence as a facilitator.
Certification is granted once assessments are complete and reviewed.
By the end of this training, you will:
- Be certified to facilitate Naked Awakening™ workshops
- Carry a proven, sell‑out workshop structure
- Have the confidence to hold powerful women’s spaces
- Feel embodied, anchored, and resourced as a facilitator
- Be part of a lineage of conscious women’s work
This is skill, sovereignty, and service.
The first Naked Awakening™ facilitator training in 2020 was a 4 day in-person immersion, which was profoundly transformative but limited by geography.
This round is fully online to make the training accessible to a global audience. You can engage with the content from wherever you are, integrate learning at your own pace, and join live calls without travel.
In-person retreats and advanced upskilling opportunities — covering personal branding, sacred selling, and workshop theme development — will be offered in future cohorts at an additional cost. These allow facilitators to deepen their embodiment and presence, and expand their professional toolkit.
This online-first approach balances accessibility with depth, giving you the core training while creating space for optional advanced experiences in person.
Naked Awakening™ operates on a conscious commission model that honours both your autonomy as a facilitator and the lineage of the work.
Once certified, facilitators operate their workshops independently — choosing their own venues, dates, pricing, and promotional style.
In return for the use of the Naked Awakening™ method, name, and framework:
- 10% of net workshop revenue (after direct expenses such as studio hire) is paid to Naked Awakening™ bank account/wise account/paypal
- For example, if you receive 10 students paying $100 for the workshop and your expense to hire a studio was $100, your profit is $900, so you would pay $90 to NA as the commission.
This contribution:
- Lists you on the Naked Awakening website and shares all your upcoming events and ticket links.
- Helps to cover costs of our VA adding workshops on the NA instagram account and shopify website
- Supports the ongoing evolution, integrity, and protection of the work
- Allows the lineage to remain resourced rather than diluted
- Creates a reciprocal relationship rather than extractive hierarchy
We chose a percentage model rather than a static monthly or yearly fee to make the contribution fair and flexible.
You only pay if you actually run a workshop. If you have a smaller group — for example, 5 participants instead of 20 — your contribution is proportionally less. This way, the model scales naturally with your activity and income.
It feels equitable, supportive, and aligned with the spirit of the work: you are contributing to the lineage without the burden of fixed fees when you’re just getting started or growing your practice.
This work is sacred — and it is also allowed to be financially sustaining.
Naked Awakening™ is designed to be a workshop model you can return to again and again, building consistency, confidence, and income over time.
Here is a conservative, realistic example:
- 20 participants per workshop (higher end capacity)
- AUD$150 per ticket (higher end pricing)
- Gross income per workshop: $3,000
- Approximate studio hire: $300
- Net income per workshop: ~$2,700
If you facilitate one workshop per month:
- $2,700 x 12 months = $32,400 per year
This is from one offering, when taught regularly and consistently.
Many facilitators choose to:
- Increase ticket prices as confidence and demand grow
- Run workshops bi‑monthly or quarterly alongside other work
- Host special themed events or longer immersions
- Combine Naked Awakening™ with retreats, coaching, or mentoring
What Makes This Work Sell (Without Selling Your Soul)
- Consistency: returning to the same workshop allows your name to travel
- Personal branding: women come for the method, but stay for you
- Sacred selling: sharing from integrity, not pressure or hype
- Online sharing: speaking about embodiment, body image, and liberation naturally attracts the right women
You are not convincing anyone. You are remembering them back to themselves — and inviting them into a room that does the rest.
This is slow-built, word-of-mouth, trust-based income. And it lasts.

Ongoing Support After You Graduate
Your journey as a Naked Awakening™ facilitator doesn’t end when the training calls do.
Once you graduate, you’ll be welcomed into an ongoing Naked Awakening™ Alumni Community, where Rikki will continue to hold space as you integrate the work and begin (or continue) sharing it in your own way.
As a graduate, you’ll receive:
- Quarterly live group community calls
A chance to connect with fellow facilitators, share what’s alive in your spaces, ask questions, celebrate wins and receive support around any challenges that arise as you build this work into your life and business. - Access to 1:1 support with Rikki
If you desire more personalised guidance, Rikki will be available for individual support sessions at a discounted alumni rate. These sessions can focus on anything from session design and space-holding to business, boundaries and nervous system support.
This ongoing support space is designed to evolve with the community. As more facilitators come through the training, we’ll continue to refine how we gather and what we offer, so that you’re not just “sent out into the world”, but actually feel held, resourced and cheered on as you share Naked Awakening™ with the women in your world.
You won’t be left to your own devices – you’ll be part of a living, breathing lineage with real humans in your corner.
This Is a Yes If…
✔ You feel a deep resonance, not just excitement
✔ You are willing to meet yourself honestly
✔ You want to facilitate liberation, not performance
✔ You value integrity over trend
If you feel the pull, trust it.
This work doesn’t call loudly. It whispers…and waits for the women who are ready.

Rosie Rees is the founder of Naked Awakening™. Over a decade ago (in May 2015), she officially created this 3.5 hour workshop to guide women back into their bodies with freedom, safety, and joy. Starting with small, intimate gatherings, Rosie’s vision was to provide a space where women could dissolve shame, reclaim their sexual and bodily confidence, and reconnect to their aliveness.
Her own journey of embodiment, business success, and conscious leadership shaped the framework of Naked Awakening™. Rosie has been refining the method for over 10 years, seeing it transform thousands of women’s relationships with their bodies, pleasure, and power.
Rosie’s intention in opening facilitator training is to share this lineage — empowering other women to hold this space with integrity, depth, and care, ensuring the work continues to ripple globally.
Rikki Yeowart is one of the longest-standing Naked Awakening™ facilitators and a devoted steward of this work in the world. After completing Rosie’s first-ever Naked Awakening™ Facilitator Training in early 2020, Rikki has spent the past six years bringing this modality to life in her own unique way.
Since then, she has facilitated over 70 Naked Awakening™ workshops, guiding hundreds of women through this powerful journey of remembrance across Australia, Tasmania and Aotearoa/New Zealand. With six distinct workshop themes created under her belt, Rikki has a deep, embodied understanding of how to hold women as they meet their bodies, emotions and sensuality in brave, sacred space.
Rikki is passionate about creating containers that feel safe, grounded and shame-free, where women can gently unravel old stories, reconnect with their aliveness and come home to the truth of who they are. Her work is infused with warmth, emotional safety and a playful reverence for the body.
Alongside Naked Awakening™, Rikki is also a nude yoga teacher and Sex, Love and Relationship Coach, weaving together somatic, sensual and relational practices in all that she offers. In this facilitator training, she brings years of on-the-ground facilitation experience, practical tools, and a deeply human presence to support you as you grow into your own expression as a Naked Awakening™ facilitator.
