Brew Guide
Measure approximately 1/2 teaspoon or 2 bamboo scoops of matcha into matcha bowl. Adjust measurement accordingly to suit your preferences. Add around 80ml of hot but not boiling water (70°C) and thoroughly whisk with bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy. Pour shot of matcha into your drinking cup or glass and enjoy, top up with water as desired.
For a matcha latte, prepare your milk of choice with the steam wand on a coffee machine, a milk frother or by heating the milk on a stove and pour over your shot of matcha to create a latte. Add pure honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired.
